Read below how we have helped a customer in need of supply components in the bedding industry.
Our customer faced extremely disrupted break in the supply chain and was left without production components for their factory. After sharing the matter and inquiry with us, we needed less than month to deliver the solution to them.
Day 1: We have received inquiry for product quotation and samples of the required products.
Day 2: In internal meeting we have prepared quotation and sample request which was sent to our manufacturing partner.
Day 3: Initial quotation with all commercial and technical details was provided to our customer.
Day 4: Pre-production samples were dispatched to the buyer for confirmation of quality and appearance. The sample arrived at location 1 day after dispatch.
Day 7: All remarks from customer's side were aknowledged and implement in the specification sheet.
Day 10: Final meeting was help with our manufacturer before start of production.
Day 11: Production started and our customer was informed for the start with videos and photos of the products.
Day 12: Meanwhile, we have started to arrange the export procedure and search for the most suitable transport combinations.
Day 14: We have visited the factory in order to check if production is running and everything is on track. Along this visit, we did 3-parts inspection of:
- Raw materials used in the production;
- Intermediate QC of sizes, closing, labeling etc.; and
- QC of final products.
Day 16: Export date and delivery date to customer's warehouse are announced on time.
Day 17: The goods were exported and all export documents prepared on time.
Day 21: Our goods were delivered in perfect conditions and our customer started with their production right away.
The prompt reaction from our side helped our customer with on-time delivery and solving their problem caused by external causes. We did not cut any cooperation between our customers and other suppliers, yet opened an door for additional opportunities and alternatives to our customer.
